How do I order?

Our ordering process is simple and can be done in a few simple steps.

Option 1 - Send us a WhatsApp

  2. When sending the message include your name, the product you want to print on, an image or idea, the quantity, your lead time, and do you require shipping.

Option 2 - Send us an Email

Option 3 - Online Shopping

  1. Add the items to your cart
  2. Checkout your cart with our secure payment service.
  3. Send us your ideas to our WhatsApp number (072 169 9933) or email address hello@prettylittledyers.co.za

What happens when I place an order/quote?

  1. Once we receive your request we will either send the quote immediately should we have all the details or reach our with some questions.
  2. We will send you a quote.
  3. Accept or adjust the quote whereby we will start with design.
  4. Make a 50% deposit for us to proceed with design.
  5. Review your artwork and sign off/or request adjustments.
  6. We will complete your order and send out for delivery or notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We make use of a door-to-door courier service and will require an address for delivery.

Do note that this is an additional charge and is calculated based on the size and weight of your package.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! Our collection address is in Boksburg. Please specify this in your enquiry and we will arrange for collection.

Do you offer a refund?

Unbranded items:  Where an item was purchased without branding we will gladly accept and refund any returns provided the item is returned to us within 7 days of purchase and in it's original condition.  You are responsible for the return shipping on these items.  

 

Branded items: As branded items are custom made to your specification, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

 

Shipping fees: As we pay couriers to manage our parcel deliveries, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
